These are typical ranges. The exact figure depends on the date, the venue and how many performers are on site at once, so confirm it for your date. Weekday parties are usually 10 to 15 percent cheaper than weekends, and Chinese New Year week and the December holidays sometimes carry a small surcharge.
A party for 20 children
For about 20 children in a condo function room, book one main act for a 45 to 60 minute slot, such as a clown or a games host, and one lighter activity running in a corner for children waiting their turn: face painting or balloon twisting.
A party for 40 children
For about 40 children in a larger room, a host anchors the room while two stations rotate, such as balloon art and face painting, with a mascot appearance for photos. One act cannot manage 40 children alone, so plan for two to three performers on site at the same time.
Pick acts by age
- Ages 3 to 5: simple balloon animals, face painting with easy designs, short stories or bubbles. Keep the group calm and small.
- Ages 6 to 9: detailed balloon sculptures, magic with volunteers, games run by a host or a clown.
- Ages 10 and up: team games and challenges, glitter tattoos instead of face paint, dance sessions.

What a package includes
Each performer's time on site, their props and costumes, basic sound if an act needs music, and travel within Singapore. Usually not included: a PA system for big rooms, extra balloons or paint beyond the normal allowance for very large groups, and parking or venue entry fees. You get a run sheet before the party with arrival times, setup times and the order of activities.
Book early for peak weekends
Weekend afternoons in the June, November and December school holidays and around Chinese New Year fill first. Book 6 to 10 weeks ahead for those dates, and 2 to 4 weeks ahead the rest of the year.
